Our group fitness classes bring people together.

Working out alone just doesn’t work for everyone. Bring a friend or make a few when you join us at our group classes that are free to all YMCA members.

Enjoy the freedom to try what you want so you can find the class that fits your schedule, meets your fitness needs, and makes working out feel exciting and fun! We have both fitness and aquatic group classes for you to enjoy.

Find your favorite class or try something new!

Our fitness classes are open to all members. Anyone age 15 and older is welcome to attend unaccompanied by an adult. We recommend comfortable exercise clothing, supportive shoes, a drink bottle, and a sweat towel for each class.
