Y-Works Group Personal Training

An all-new program starting on May 3, 2021.

Get motivated with Y-Works.


This one-hour group class is designed by a personal trainer to give you customized fitness training from a professional. Located in Studio B (at the Creasy Lane YMCA), Y-Works will help you build strength, endurance, and tone that shows.


Let's connect and push the limits together.


Upgrade your membership by signing up for our group personal training. These Y-Works classes are led by a certified personal trainer to help you develop proper lifting and exercising techniques as you work toward your fitness goals. Together, we will grow stronger!
