This one-hour group class is designed by a personal trainer to give you customized fitness training from a professional. Located in Studio B (at the Creasy Lane YMCA), Y-Works will help you build strength, endurance, and tone that shows.

- 1-hour class: $15 drop-in rate

- Saturday: 10 - 11am
