Kids 11+ can use our cardio equipment, 14+ can use strength machines, and 15+ can use free weights. They just have to meet with a wellness coach first.
Our certified personal trainers are available to assist you with your workout by the hour. They’ll help you develop a customized fitness plan that fits your schedule and needs and helps you stay motivated while you achieve your goals.
