Join the STRONG challenge!
The Lafayette Family YMCA invites all in the community to participate in a free, three-week STRONG Challenge designed to help you transform your spirit, mind, and body.
Opt-in to the free challenge by texting STRONG to 844-825-9622. Follow the prompts to sign up, and you will receive three texts each week filled with motivation, challenges, workouts, and more.
You're also invited to work out wherever you are, taking free YMCA Facebook Live classes like Zumba, yoga, High Fitness, and more! You can participate in a variety of outdoor activities as well, like pop-up classes and nature walks.
The buttons will unlock on the first day of the each week to reveal the challenge (and all the free resources you can enjoy). Check back in to see what we have planned!
Reach your goals with an encouraging community.
Setting aside a prominent place at home to post your goals and track your progress every day will make a huge difference. And having an accountability partner or group in the challenge will provide the motivation you need within your existing network.
