Come ready to sweat & prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Push harder than yesterday for a different tomorrow! This boot camp-inspired class will use dumbbells, the track, and stairs. This class will incorporate strength and cardio for a total-body, modifiable, and progressive workout in 30-40 minutes.
