The Y will be decorated in celebration of your accomplishments. Join us for safe, socially distanced fun!

Family Time & On Your Own

  • Share a meal together at the dinner table. Discuss your STRONG Challenge accomplishments, positive stories, and blessings.
  • Have a game night.         
  • Watch a movie together with healthy snacks.
  • Listen to your favorite song.
  • Take 10 minutes to journal.
  • Read a new book (or an old favorite).

 

Not a member?

  • Complete our free STRONG Challenge at the Y or virtually.
  • Become a member by the end of the challenge for NO joiner fee.
  • Get a free T-shirt at the end of the challenge!
