Your STRONG Challenge: Week 2 task is rediscovering play! Research shows that we're STRONGER when we're having fun. Remember the number of times in a day you laughed as a kid? You can get back to being that joyful!

This week, we will add two tall servings of fun to our fitness goals from last week (20 minutes a day). God designed us to smile, laugh, and joke. Rediscovering your joy will add to your foundation of strength. You were made to PLAY!
