Our flag football leagues are great for kids ages 4-8 who love to run, play on a team, and be active. Weekly practice and games are combined to help players learn and apply new skills right away.
Kids ages 3-8 are welcome for YMCA youth soccer. Our coaches teach soccer through a step-by-step process that helps players learn, practice, and apply important skills while having fun.
T-Ball is an excellent way to get kids ages 3-6 moving. While learning the basic techniques of baseball, they also learn the importance of teamwork. Players attend one, 40-minute weeknight practice and one weekend game each week.
