Your RESET Challenge continues with Week 3: RECONNECT!

This week, your mission is to reconnect with family members, friends, and yourself. Schedule time this week to call, FaceTime, or safely visit everyone who is important to you. Conversations with those you love will help you stay strong and support others. You’ll also be challenged to unplug and focus on your mental, spiritual, and social health.

At-Home Virtual Options

  • Family Boot Camp with a Trainer (Ages 6+) | Enjoy fun cardio and strength exercises with the family at home! | Facebook Live
  • Coffee Talk with the Y | Facebook Live
  • Nutrition with Ivan: Warm Bites for The Coldest of Weathers | February 18 at 5pm | Facebook Live
  • Call a friend or family member you haven't talked to for a while.
  • Try a no-tech, no-TV, no-screen night with your family.


At Home AND the Y

  • Complete challenges on your bingo card, get a bingo, and enter to win a prize from our weekly drawing!

In-Person Options at the Y

  • Bring a friend to the Y for a week. If they join the RESET Challenge AND become a member, we'll waive their joiner fee!
  • Group Fitness Classes | Make a Reservation
  • 20-minute walks/runs on the track
  • Connect your friends and family at the Y.
  • Franciscan Injury Check | Monday-Friday, 10am-12pm or Monday-Thursday, 4-6pm
