Plan this week with a routine that will help you feel renewed and refreshed. Let yourself rest and relax. Rest is SO important to the success of your goals! This can include taking a yoga class, reading a book, going to bed early, meditating/praying, or scheduling quiet time with your family. This will help you feel refreshed and confident!

At-Home Virtual Options


On Your Own

  • Pray or meditate. Unplug for at least 10 minutes. Do everything you can to lay still, rest your mind, and monitor your breathing.
  • Take a 10-minute walk. Connect with yourself and meditate on thankfulness, forgiveness, and the RESET Challenge.
  • Take a day, preferably Sunday, and DO NOTHING. Kid screen time is totally acceptable while you refresh in preparation for another week.
  • Unplug tech for 20 minutes and sit outside. Take in your surroundings.
  • Start a journal, or write in a journal you already have.
