On Your Own
- Pray or meditate. Unplug for at least 10 minutes. Do everything you can to lay still, rest your mind, and monitor your breathing.
- Take a 10-minute walk. Connect with yourself and meditate on thankfulness, forgiveness, and the RESET Challenge.
- Take a day, preferably Sunday, and DO NOTHING. Kid screen time is totally acceptable while you refresh in preparation for another week.
- Unplug tech for 20 minutes and sit outside. Take in your surroundings.
- Start a journal, or write in a journal you already have.
