February 1-7, 2021

RESET Challenge: Week 1 begins with setting health and wellness goals. Decide what you'd like to achieve during the next six weeks (watch the video for guidance).

It’s time to break free and hit the RESET button. Change up your old routine! This is the moment when you start where you are and continue to grow from there. You can add in cardio and strength training, try a new group exercise class, spend more time with family, eat healthy foods, or journal. This is the time to push past your comfort level and take on 2021 with confidence.
