Phase 3 Guide
  • Members, reciprocity members, guests, and day-pass users are welcome. Facility use that requires reservations (aquatics, group fitness classes, and Kids Zone) will only be for members.
  • Children 14 years of age and under may be in the building, but they must visit with an adult who is responsible for them at all times.
  • We will control access to the facilities through one entrance.
  • All members will complete our COVID-19 questionnaire.
  • All members will be asked to scan their own membership card to gain access into the building. Then, we will ask you to take a picture of our Phase 3 board so you can reference the guidelines anytime.
  • Sanitize or wash your hands before and after your workout.
  • Members must wear a face covering (when not working out) and maintain a minimum 6-foot distance between each other. There will be floor markers indicating areas where people should stand in our lobby and waiting area.
  • Drinking fountains, water fill stations, and vending machines are now open.
Creasy Lane Facility
  • Monday - Friday: 5am - 10pm
  • Saturday: 6am - 8pm
  • Sunday: 9am - 8pm

Creasy Lane Aquatic Center
  • Monday - Friday: 6am - 7pm
  • Saturday: 6am - 4pm
  • Sunday: 9am - 4pm

Downtown Facility
  • Monday - Friday: 6am - 7pm
  • Saturday: 7am - 5pm
  • Sunday: 1pm - 5pm

We'll review hours and adjust them if necessary.
Wellness Department
  • We'll have group fitness classes at both the Creasy Lane and Downtown locations, with reservations required. All group exercise locations have limited space, with markings to implement social distancing.

Locker Rooms
  • Family locker rooms are open with limited lockers available.
  • Men’s and women’s locker rooms are open with limited showers and lockers available.
  • Please use social distancing and respect each other's space.

  • Gymnasium
    • The north end of the gym is open, but it's subject to closure for group fitness classes as needed.
    • Pickle ball is available, with reservations required.

    Kids Zone (reservations required)
    • Weekday Hours: M-F 7:45am- 1pm & 4pm – 8pm
    • Weekend Hours: Sat: 7:45am – 12pm & Sun: 9am-12pm
    • Limit of 90 minutes per child per day
    • 6 weeks to 3 years old: 4 spots available
    • 3+ years old: 21 spots available

    General Info
    • You must reserve your spot in the aquatic center, and you cannot make a reservation more than 48 hours ahead of the scheduled time.
    • There's a 45-minute limit for each reservation.
    • If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so 2 hours before your scheduled time.
    • If a person doesn't cancel or show up for their reservation more than three separate times, they will lose the right to reserve a spot moving forward.

    Lap Swim & Water Walking
    • The pool is open for lap swim and water walking only with limited hours (6am - 7pm).
    • Only two swimmers per lane.
    • Water walking can only be in the activity pool with 6-foot social distancing.

    Open Family Swim
    • Hours: M-F 4pm – 7pm, Sat. & Sun. 12-4pm.
    • Time is limited to 45 minutes per family.
    • Limited requires a reservation. (Family members must be on family membership)

    Water Exercise & Swim Lessons
    • Water Exercise — Running with limited number in order to follow 6ft. distancing and reservations required.
    • Private swim lessons are now available.
    Face coverings and social distancing are REQUIRED while at the YMCA. You do not have to wear a face covering or mask while you're exercising, but please be mindful of others' space, and spread out as much as possible.
    Phase 2: July 5 - August 16

    Phase 2 Guide
    • Facilities will be open to members only. No reciprocity members, guests, or day passes will be permitted.
    • You must be at least 16 years old or with an adult at all times.
    • We will control access to the facilities through one entrance.
    • All members will complete the COVID-19 questionnaire.
    • All members will be asked to scan their own membership card to gain access into the building. Then, we will ask you to take a picture of our Phase 1 board so you can reference the guidelines anytime.
    • Sanitize or wash your hands before and after your workout.
    • Members must maintain a minimum 6-foot distance between each other. There will be floor markers indicating areas where people should stand in our lobby and waiting area.
    • Members are encouraged (but not required) to wear a mask while inside the Y.
    • Failure to comply is not an option. We want to keep our doors open for as many members as possible. Doing so means taking safety seriously.
    • Any member who fails to comply with social distancing requirements may be asked to leave the facility.

    • Kids Zone - BEGINNING JULY 13, 2020 with reservations ONLY. Limit of 90 minutes per child per day. Hours: M-F 7:45am- 1pm & 4pm – 8pm, Sat: 7:45am – 12pm, Sun: 9am – 12pm. Ages & Available Spots: Max of 4 6wks-36mo and max of 21 3yrs – 9yrs
    • Family Locker room will remain open for those members using the Aquatic Center and for restroom use.
    • Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms open with limited showers and lockers available. Members are asked to implement social distancing in locker room.
    • Pool: open for lap swim and water walking only with limited hours (6am - 7pm)

    • We will not be enforcing time limits on equipment in Phase 1. But this could change if there's a major demand for equipment; please stay tuned.
    • Each member must wipe down equipment before and after use. Our staff will then go behind them to sanitize again for extra precaution.
    • We recommend (but don't require) that members use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at the Y, such as face masks.
    • Please place disinfectant bottles back in their respective spot after use, not on trash cans. If a spray bottle is almost (or completely) empty, please refill immediately.
    To stay healthy and slow the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses, please follow the three C's.
    • COVER: Cough (or sneeze) into the crook of your elbow or into a tissues that's immediately thrown away.
    • CLEAN: Wash your hands with warm water and soap for 20 seconds. Try singing "Happy Birthday" twice for timing.
    • CONTAIN: Stay home when you're sick until you're fever-free.

    Also, please practice social distancing by keeping a 6-foot distance between each other.
    • Be courteous when using the machines so everyone has enough time to use the equipment of their choice.
    • Wipe down equipment before and after each use.
    • We recommend (but don't require) that members use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at the Y, such as face masks.
    • Please place disinfectant bottles back in their respective spot after use, not on trash cans. If a spray bottle is almost (or completely) empty, please refill immediately.
