Y-Works: Running With Weights

Y-Works: Running With Weights will teach you the value of managing weight lifting with your running program. Together we can become sustainable, efficient runners while exploring new running routes in the Lafayette/West Lafayette area. Run happy and healthy for a lifetime with your local YMCA!

Program Details:

When: Wednesdays at 5:45am, Studio B
When: Saturdays at 7:30am at a designated running location

Cost: $10 drop-in or $30 monthly

Recommended Equipment:

Running Shoes
Reflective Gear (vest, shirt, shorts armband)
Clothing Layers
 Water Bottle
