Women on Weights

Have you wanted to lift but just don't know how or where to start? Women on Weights is an introductory course that will teach you all you need to know to successfully navigate the weight floor and structure a workout to reach your goals. We will cover equipment, technique, form, how to structure a workout, how to calculate training weights/ reps/ sets, and common exercises to use. Wear nonrestrictive clothing and supportive athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle, towel, and those muscles to work!

Cost: $25 for 6 weeks ($20 if you join the Y before Jan. 2!)
