One reason people tend to miss their winter workouts is because of the lack of daylight. It’s hard to be motivated to workout when the sun goes down so early. You can fix this by altering your workout times. If you normally work out after work, try going before. If that’s not possible, maybe try to squeeze in a quick workout at lunchtime. There is no better time to hop in the pool than in the winter. Swimming is a great cardio alternative to help you stay healthy this winter, and you can do it all year round.
