Our Group Fitness program spans all ability levels and styles with a class that is sure to fit your interests. Check current class schedule on this page.

Wellness Center Orientation

YMCA members are encouraged to sign up for orientations to learn how to use our cardiovascular and strength training equipment. These 45-minutes sessions are free and provided by trained Fitness Coaches. Please make an appointment at the front desk.

Wellness Consultation

Meet one-on-one with our fitness specialist to discuss individual goals, barriers to exercise, fitness successes and challenges and learn how the YMCA can support you on your journey!

Fitness Assessment

Utilizing our NEW BSDI  Fitness Analyst software, our Fitness Specialist will measure your height, weight, body fat %, VO2 max, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. See how you compare to others your same age and gender!

Members Only! $10

Personal Training

Are you working out everyday and not reaching your goals? Have you reached a plateau? Meet one-on-one with a certified personal trainer to develop an individualized exercise plan that will give you results!

Members:

$35 per hour

$90- 3 hours

$250- 10 hours


Non-Members:

$70 per hour

$180- 3 hours

$500- 10 hours


Program Design

How would you like to have an exercise program  designed specifically for you and your goals? Meet with our Fitness    Specialist to design a program just for you! Includes a             consultation, one hour of personal training and a 12 week    exercise program designed specifically for you!
